Diana Flores
Assistant General Counsel
Diana Flores joined the Office of General Counsel in 2023. Diana earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree in government and foreign languages from New Mexico State University where she went on to receive a master鈥檚 degree in government.
Diana was a college instructor for several years, teaching courses on American Government and Texas State and Local Government, before receiving her Juris Doctor from the University of California Davis School of Law, where she served on the Business Law Journal and was a research assistant.
Prior to joining the OGC, Diana worked in private practice primarily focusing on commercial real estate and business transactions.
Diana is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and the State of California. She is a member of multiple bar associations and serves on the board of the El Paso Young Lawyers Association.
